Return Policy

warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered) !

* Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.
* All custom engraving items are final sale. Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
* Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
